Ocean view only at the beach , mine was wall
Just beware about the “ocean view” announced , because it could be just a huge wall in front your window .

Viaje familiar con adolescentes por tres noches excelente estadía, Super bonito y tranquilo, créanme con 3 hijos que les gusta que tengan gym y actividades deportivas, así que soy súper exigente en elegir un lugar, de verdad.
Excelente atención desde que llegamos, la atención súper amable para paseos desde ahí, sin ningún costo extra, de verdad no recuerdo el nombre de la chica que nos atendió pero excelente trato, sin duda volvería, la playa me refiero al mar, no es seguro para nadar, pero tienes excelentes VISTAS y opciones, a unos minutos está PLAYA CHILENO, súper nice, en donde puedes pasar una tarde increíble.

Friendly and well kept hotel
Comfortable, friendly staff, good amenities and awesome use of layout/space of rooms.
Downside: beach front of hotel non-swimable, prices at hotel’s convenience store extremely overpriced and hotel hit us with an “environmental daily fee” not stipulated upon booking.

It was so clean and Beautiful. I did pay for ocean view, didn’t get that. There was trees in the way, when I asked to get moved they claimed it was fully booked. There was no way it was booked, there was only a handful of people on the property.

The 2 room villa with washer and dryer, the pool areas, the activities staff.

When I arrived, they kept referring to me as *******. Unfortunately, this is timeshare, so their members get the best rooms. My first room was a ground level ADA room tucked in the corner. I had to stand on my toes on the 3x5 patio to see the water. They told me all of their rooms are classified as “ocean view balcony”. I told them in the US, we consider the room a ground floor terrace with a patio. The birds nest in the tree had a better view than I did. After 2 days, they moved me to another room and it was a completely different experience. My advice- tell them you want a room in the West tower. The east tower rooms have a terrible view.

Great views and amenities
Our daughter’s birthday and favorite family location. Beautiful views and amenities. Whales breaching! My husband used the hotel MD, Dr Molina for pain mgmt. He was great—made a follow up house call to our room.
Pool food staff are great but the computer system was unknowingly down. 90 min wait for poolside drinks, Hslf of the food selections are great: wood fired pizza, guacamole, service, dessert.
We’ll be back!!! Great rooms, all with views and amenities. Don’t know why refrigerator doors open towards the sidewall instead of away from them
Sebastian is great; enthusiastic, versatile, builds fun. Female entertainment staff poor at water aerobics in uniform, meek on the microphone and less able to rally participants. Needs a longer water hose to dampen all the hot volleyball sand
Definitely worth my five visits
